It is aimed to revitalize the career employment of the regions with the "Regional Career Events", which the Presidential Human Resources Office leads in organizing by the Career Centers of universities in 8 regions of our country. Accordingly, Erciyes University has been determined as the host of the Central Anatolia Region.

Central Anatolia Career Fair will be held on 25-26 December 2023, hosted by Erciyes University, at Kayseri OSB Fair and Congress Center, with the partnership of 20 universities. More than 25,000 students from regional universities are expected to attend the fair.

We will be honored by your participation in our event, which we will hold together with our partner universities, organized under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office.

REGIONAL CAREER FAIRS

Regional Career Fairs, which started in 2019 with the theme "Talent is Everywhere", are career events held in cooperation with universities, public and private sector institutions and professional chambers under the coordination of the Presidential Human Resources Office.
"The aims of Regional Career Fairs, whose main goal is to make all young people feel that they are talented, regardless of the name of the university, are as follows:"

Ensuring equal employment opportunities for university students in every region of our country
Strengthening relations with employers by activating the career centers of our universities
Increasing the awareness and employer brand value of public institutions among the qualified workforce and attracting qualified students and graduates to public institutions
Increasing the awareness and capacity of our SMEs, which constitute a large proportion of employment in our country, about human resources and talent acquisition processes.
In its first year, regional career fairs were organized in cooperation with 87 universities in 8 provinces in different regions and brought together more than 70,000 young talents with 1,315 employers, 351 of which were public institutions.
